A: Our resort is beachfront and located right on a rocky stretch of beach. The beach is not a good place for swimming, but it's an easy walk or shuttle ride to Medano Beach, Cabo's most popular swimming spot.
A: The resort is about 7 kms from downtown Cabo, or about 10 - 15 minutes. We offer a guest shuttle that runs every two hours, from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm. There is a $5 USD charge per person per ride. If you get the Dine Out Privileges All Inclusive plan, our downtown shuttle is included.
A: Yes, we are a family friendly resort and offer a variety of fun activities for kids and adults. Our Activity Director will entertain you and your kids with endless activities, from lottery to cooking and cocktail classes, and pool volleyball. You can even learn to speak Spanish.
A: We offer a European plan and an All Inclusive Plan. Our signature all inclusive plan - "Dine Out Privileges" - offers unlimited food and beverage a la carte at our resort restaurants and at a variety of restaurants in the Golden Zone marina in downtown Cabo San Lucas. If you've booked a European plan, we also offer an All Inclusive Day Pass for purchase through our call center before your arrival or at check-in.
A: Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave before your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment or hair removal services.
A: Morning appointments must be canceled the day before your treatment to avoid charges. For appointments in the evenings, please give us 4 hours notice before cancellation or rescheduling your appointment, otherwise it will be charged to your account as a "no show" with 100% of your treatment cost.
A: Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. For your convenience, you receive a bathrobe, sandals and towel upon arrival. Lockers are available for your clothing and personal items.
